Achievements and Innovations at ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Vitry
We are delighted to share the highlights from a recent ceremony at ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Vitry, where we recognized the dedication, innovation, and achievements of our exceptional team members.
Medals of Honor:
We celebrated the long service of our colleagues with Medals of Honor. Sabrina Dallimonti, Gaël Evenas, and Jacques Justin were awarded the Silver Medal for 20 years of service. Christine Deshayes, Philippe Dubret, Luc Guyot, Claude Leroux, Dominique Nathier, Laurent Neuville, and Eric Thomas received the Gold Medal for 35 years of service. Nathalie Oudart was honored with the Grand Gold Medal for 40 years of service.
Innovations Awards:
Our innovators were acknowledged for their impactful contributions. Virginie Tambouret, Cédric Nembrini, Aurélien Pitz, Sébastien Dupuis, Ingrid Schmitt, Jean-Paul Moreira, Steven Busmey, Jacques Justin, Arnaud Coiffier, Sabrina Dallimonti, and three other colleagues were recognized for their innovative ideas. One colleague received a bonus for their idea of implementing signaling posts to inform forklift drivers of the preparer’s presence in the aisle at CMP1.
Activ'Challenge Rewards:
As part of the Activ'Challenge, which aimed to raise awareness about disabilities, Cédrick Wit, Roxanne Girard, and Léo Beauvois were rewarded with a gift voucher each. ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Vitry was ranked 216th out of 970 participating companies, highlighting our commitment to inclusivity and awareness.
Academic Achievements:
We are proud to celebrate the academic accomplishments of our colleagues. Arthur Brunet earned a Bachelor Universitaire Technologie in "Physical Measurements and Instrumentation Techniques," and Jason Mena earned a Brevet Technicien Supérieur in "Industrial Product Design." Their dedication to continuous learning and development is commendable.
Torchbearer for the Olympic Flame:
David Evrard proudly represented ArcelorMittal Europe - Tubular Products as the sole torchbearer from our production sites. He presented "the heart of the torch," a trophy awarded to him and the 11,000 other torchbearers. David's participation in this prestigious event reflects the spirit and unity that define our ArcelorMittal Europe - Tubular Products team.
In celebration of the 2024 Olympics, all personnel received an Ecocup and an insulated water bottle. These tokens of appreciation symbolize our support for the upcoming games and our commitment to sustainability.
